The primary focus of GFA is pastoral training.  We believe strongly in the proclamation of God’s Word through expository preaching.  Over the years we have found that the conference setting best allows us to provide sound teaching to thousands of Pastor’s from thousands of communities. Our goal is not simply to fill a stadium!  We believe that through the Bible Conference Ministry God’s Word is not only reaching those present in the stadiums but extending to millions of others who will be touched by these pastors. 

  

In addition to preaching God’s Word for three days, GFA aims to provide every pastor in attendance with their very own copy of the Bible and additional study material and resources that will help to equip them for ministry.  Most of these pastors have no tools to help them study God’s Word and lead the church God has called them to pastor.  Our hope and prayer is that GFA can change that through providing a study bible along with other resources. 

 

At the three-day conference attending pastors receive: teaching from multiple instructors; encouragement from fellow pastors and leaders; study tools for continued learning; leadership training; effective shepherding techniques; food and lodging (if out of area), and a study Bible.  

 

In March 2010 we held the Regional Pastoral Leadership Conference at Municipal Stadium in Mbale, Uganda. We greeted, housed, fed, and ministered to 8,500 pastors from central east Africa.  Click HERE to watch the video. 

 

The Lord continues to open doors to expand the Bible Conference Ministry.  Plans are under way for 2011 in the following countries:
