It has been said that "missionary" efforts in Africa cultivate a faith that is a mile wide and an inch deep. That may be true in some areas of the continent but GFA strives to impact Africa deeply through the preaching of God's Word.  In order to achieve this we believe it is essential to train and equip pastors for the work of the ministry.  At the 2010 conference 8,500 pastors and church leaders came from all over Central East Africa to attend the conference in Mbale, Uganda.  We are hopeful to host more than 10,000 next year.  Your one time gift of $25.00 provides a pastor what he will need to attend the conference.  

  

  

  

God’s plan for carrying out world change is anchored in the local church.  GFA seeks to come alongside our partners for the purpose of planting sustainable churches that are committed to reaching their community for Christ.  Each church plant includes the purchase of land, construction of the pastor’s home and church building, garden, and a water well.  The estimated cost for each church plant is only $35,000.00. 

 

 

 

 

  

GFA is committed to serving the community through providing clean water wells.  Research continues to show that the lack of clean water is the greatest contributor of disease and malnutrition in Africa.  We recognize that part of bringing hope and healing to a community must involve meeting the physical needs of those present.  The cost of providing a water well is just $15,000.00.
